KG Graduation Ceremony 2025: A Joyous Milestone for Our Young Graduates

The Kindergarten Graduation Ceremony for the academic year 2024-25 was held on February 8, 2025, at Christ the King Public School with great enthusiasm and joy. The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries, parents, teachers, and young graduates, making it a memorable occasion.

The program commenced with an introduction by the Master of Ceremonies (MC), Ms. Nethra, the Pre-primary Coordinator. Following this, the Chief Guest and other dignitaries were seated, and the graduating students proudly marched towards the stage, showcasing their excitement and achievements.

The formal proceedings began with the Lighting of the Lamp, a symbolic gesture of enlightenment and wisdom. The Chief Guest, School Manager, Principal, a parent, and a student took part in this significant ritual. The event then proceeded with a prayer by Miss Sirisha, a UKG student, followed by a prayer song presented by LKG and UKG students, creating a serene atmosphere.

Ms. Vimala, an LKG teacher, delivered the Welcome Address, extending a warm greeting to all attendees. This was followed by an energetic and heartwarming welcome dance performed by the lower primary students, setting a lively tone for the rest of the event.

The highlight of the ceremony was the distribution of mementos to the young graduates. The Chief Guest, Rev Dr. Sagaya Mary, accompanied by the School Manager and Principal, presented the certificates, celebrating the students’ successful completion of kindergarten.

The formal introduction and felicitation of the Chief Guest was done by Rev. Fr. Paul, Manager and correspondent, Christ the King Public school . The Chief Guest’s address was delivered by Rev. Dr. Sagaya Mary, Principal of St. Aloysius College (Degree and PG College), who shared valuable insights and inspiring words for the young learners and their families.

A delightful performance by the school choir followed, adding a melodious touch to the event. One of the most awaited moments was the speech by Master Advait, the Valedictorian (UKG Student), who expressed gratitude and shared his joyful experiences of kindergarten life. A heartfelt speech was also delivered by Dr. Firoz Ahmad, a parent, appreciating the school’s efforts in shaping young minds.

To add to the celebratory spirit, a vibrant dance performance by higher primary students entertained the audience.

As the program neared its conclusion, Ms. Bhagya, a nursery teacher, delivered the Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the event. The ceremony concluded with the National Anthem, sung by the school choir, followed by a photo session to capture the cherished moments.

The Kindergarten Graduation Ceremony 2024-25 was a grand success, leaving behind beautiful memories for students, parents, and teachers alike. It marked the beginning of a new journey for the young graduates, who are now ready to step into their primary school years with confidence and excitement.
