Come 2nd December 2025 – The Manager’s Birthday Celebration, at Christ The King Public School, was joyfully observed in our school with great reverence and gratitude. The programme was organised to honour the manager and correspondent, Rev Dr, Divia Paul, whose life of kindness, patience, and gentle guidance has been a blessing to the entire school community.
The celebration began with a pleasant introduction highlighting the significance of birthdays as moments to acknowledge love, service, and goodness. This was followed by a soulful prayer song led by Sr. Manisha, which created a prayerful atmosphere, invoking the blessings of the Almighty, into the gathering. Sr. Sandra then led the prayer, seeking God’s blessings for the manager, whom we fondly call upon as ‘Father’, and everyone present.
A warm and heartfelt Welcome Address was delivered by Ms. Jyothi, welcoming Father, the Principal, teachers, students, and all gathered for the occasion. The programme continued with an enthralling Kindergarten dance performance, coordinated by Ms. Bharathi, which brought smiles and joy to the audience.
A touching birthday message was presented by Danesh of Grade 2, expressing love and gratitude towards Father. This was followed by a meaningful and captivating Grade 1 programme, organised by the Grade 1 teachers, based on the theme “Make me a channel of your peace,” reflecting Father’s values of compassion and service.
Ms. Zeeta addressed the gathering, sharing her thoughts and appreciation for Father’s guidance and support. The celebration continued with a lively dance performance by students of Grades 4, 5, and 6, choreographed by Ms. Jennifer, showcasing their energy and enthusiasm.
Students of grade 10, Kundanika K and Lokith Gowda, then delivered a speech on behalf of all the students, expressing heartfelt wishes and gratitude. This was followed by a cheerful dance performance by students of Grades 2 and 3, coordinated by Ms. Rachael, which added colour and joy to the event.
A special highlight of the programme was the felicitation ceremony. The principal addressed the gathering, appreciating Father’s dedication and service, after which Father was felicitated by the principal together with the organizing team.
The programme concluded with a sincere Vote of Thanks proposed by Ms. Sheeba, acknowledging everyone who contributed to the success of the celebration. The event ended on a spiritual note with a Scripture blessing, invoking God’s grace and blessings upon Father.
As a mark of the celebration, the children were treated with snacks and juice tetra packs.
The Manager’s Birthday Celebration was a meaningful and memorable occasion, filled with prayer, joy, and gratitude, leaving everyone inspired and uplifted.
