Palaniappan of grade 2, has bagged the 1^st place in the Karnataka State Open Fide Rated Rapid Chess Championship -2025, organized on the 18^th and 19^th October 2025, by the Dakshina Kannada Chess Association(R) – under 7 Boys Category.

ITS TIME TO SAY CHECKMATE…..

KARAN (7B) secured 2nd prize in the Under-14 category, AKSHAY(4C) bagged the  5th prize in the Under-10 category, and JASWANTH(3A) earned the 2nd prize in the Under-10 category and THANUSH (5C) bagged the  6th prize in the under 10 category at the chess tournament conducted by PR Public and Iyer High School on the 2th of October 2025, under the mentorship of Ms Bhavana, the Physical Education Coordinator at Christ The King Public School.

Ms Bhavana and the team expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the manager and correspondent Rev. Dr. Divia Paul and the Principal, Ms Sajana Priya for giving them this wonderful opportunity and constant encouragement to partake in these extracurricular activities.
