Indian Talent Olympiad Award Ceremony FAY 2025-26

The Indian Talent Olympiad (ITO) Round 2 results have been officially announced and following the release of results, a prestigious award distribution ceremony was organized in the school auditorium on the 11th of June 2025, to recognize and reward the outstanding achievements of our beloved students.

The Indian Talent Olympiad is one of the country’s most prominent platforms that assesses students’ academic excellence in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, Hindi, Social Studies, GK, Computer Applications, Essay, and Drawing. Students who qualified from Round 1 were invited to participate in Round 2, competing at a national level.

The felicitation program was graced by our Manager and Correspondent, Rev Dr Paul and our Principal Ms Sajana Priya, staff and students. The ceremony began with a short welcome speech followed by the distribution of medals, trophies, and certificates. The school auditorium reverberated and echoed with cheers and applause as the achievers walked up to dais receive their certificates, medals and awards.

Atharv Sahani of grade 3 bagged the State Topper award in Maths and Nakhil of grade 2, bagged the State Topper award in Hindi. Each of them also received a prize money of Rs 1000, certificates and excellence award medals from ITO. 

Palaniappan of grade 2 and Gaurav of grade 4 , bagged the excellence awards in Maths, Atharv P Y of grade 4 for Science, Aditi Venba of grade 4 for GK and Vajrank of grade 4 for Computer Applications.

Next, we had students who received class topper medals with certificates – gold, silver and bronze, for topper1, topper2 and topper 3 respectively.

Ms Padmavati Naik and Ms Priya Dsouza received the ‘Best Teacher’ awards for their efforts in coordinating, conducting the exam sessions, mentoring the students and following up with the ITO committee.

The Principal Ms Sajana Priya received the’ Excellence award’ for her guidance, support and motivating the children to participate in large numbers.

Our School has also bagged the Golden School award from the ITO, and it is truly a moment of pride for all of us here at Christ the King Public School.

The Manager and Principal congratulated all the students, the achievers, the excellence award winners, State toppers who had brought laurels to the school and all the participants for taking that first step.

They highlighted the significance of these competitions that serve as platforms for students to develop critical thinking and challenge themselves beyond the world of classrooms and textbooks, in nurturing young minds.

They advised the students, to participate, develop a never say die attitude, perseverance with hope and patience, reinforcing the spirit of excellence and motivation.

This achievement showcases the efforts and dedication of our students and the sincere efforts of our teachers who strived to make this possible.

We all, as a school, look forward to even greater achievements in the coming years.
