I wish I could be a child once again I want to be happy and mild
I also want to do as my heart says
And desire again to live that golden days
When doctors’ injection was the only pain
And we loved to bathe in the rain
When Dad’s slap was the biggest shame
We never ran behind worldly fame
How while going to school our stomach ached!
Without any mean intention friends were made
How Willingly all the things we used to borrow!
All are lights lasted till tomorrow
Hearing about holiday how loudly we screamed!
And only about chocolates and ice-creams we dreamed
At that time, we never sold our values to win
Because we were very innocent and not mean
We found happiness in every small reason
And we fight with mom only to watch television
Once again, all these pleasures I desire to see
And once more a child I want to be.
